Prior to the end of the ‘Early Bird’ phase, athletes have four options:

Option A / WITHDRAW and receive a full refund.

Option B / Rollover to next year or another SingleTrack Events race:

Athletes can rollover their entry to the following year’s event at no charge.

You will be sent instructions on how to enter the following year's edition before the entries open.

Please note IF you select this option, you are NOT entitled to a refund at a later date.

Option C/ Transfer to a friend

There is a $20 flat administration fee for ALL person-to-person transfers.

Transfers are available up until 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the event.

The transfer process will require the participant who is currently entered to email hello@singletrack.com.au with the participant who wishes to take their place in copy. SingleTrack can then initiate the transfer through Race Roster. The participant who is taking the entry will have to pay a $20 transfer fee when completing their registration. The refund between the previous and current participant must be arranged between themselves.

Option D/ Change of distance

Upgrades and downgrades are available up until 5pm on the Wednesday prior to the event.

Athletes will not receive a refund for the price difference for a downgrade.

Athletes will need to pay the difference in entry cost for an upgrade.

We understand that accidents, work or family commitments and injuries happen; but we do ask that athletes acknowledge their entry fees are committed by SingleTrack Events to produce a great trail running festival.
